Who I am

What I collect
When you complete the Life Quiz, I collect: your name, your email address, your quiz answers (wheel scores, multiple-choice selections, open reflections), and the timestamp of submission. I do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels on this page.
Why I collect it
To generate and send you a personalised report. To follow up with you about coaching if you asked me to (via the consent checkbox). That's it.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored securely on Netlify (my site host). Your report is generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Emails are sent via Resend. All three providers are GDPR-compliant.
How long I keep it
As long as you remain on my email list, or for 24 months after your last interaction, whichever is shorter. I delete it fully on request.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask me to: show you the data I have on you, correct it, delete it, or export it. Just reply to any email from me, or write to kenneth.hellem@gmail.com. I respond within 30 days.
Unsubscribe
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you immediately.
Changes to this policy
If I change anything material, I'll email anyone on my list before it takes effect.
